With over 8 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, I have dedicated my practice to providing a supportive, and respectful space for healing. I strive to maintain an inclusive environment for all bodies.

My clinical background includes certifications in Myofascial Release Level 1, Cupping Therapy, Hot Bamboo Massage, and Visceral Manipulation Level 1.

I have worked with children, pregnant individuals, emergency workers, veterans, and Crossfit athletes, tailoring treatments to meet physical and nervous system needs.

In addition to my massage therapy practice I attended Humber College for Funeral Directing and embalming and worked briefly as a funeral director. This experience, along with my volunteer work with Victim Services has provided me with a deeper insight to grief, trauma, and compassionate care.
My approach is holistic, therapeutic, and centered on meeting clients where they are physically, emotionally, and mentally.
